精准医学与糖尿病预防 被引量：7

Precision medicine and diabetes prevention

摘要 自美国总统奥巴马在2015年1月的国情咨文中推出“精准医学计划”后，精准医学（precision medicine）就成为了跨界热点。精准医学的概念来自于个体化医疗（personalized medicine）四。2011年，美国国家科学院下属的国家安全委员会出版了《走向精准医学》一书，该书对精准医学的定义强调根据每一个体的特点（包括疾病的易感性、对某种治疗的反应性等）调整医学治疗措施。这些特点的各种组合将疾病诊断分类为更细并且更为合理的亚群，而这些特点本身则需要通过遗传学信息和表型信息的整合研究所获得。因此精准医学和当代的个体化医疗实际上是一脉相承的。
