不能随意调——兼论规范化调

调是咬合治疗的重要手段,是口腔医师必须掌握的专门技术,但不当调或是调不准确,不仅治疗无效,还有可能破坏原有的咬合关系,甚至造成严重的后果。本文从引起咬合改变的生理病理因素,哪些因素不能调或不能仅依赖调,不当咬合调整可能引起的损害等方面进行了分析,强调了进行准确调,精确调的重要性,对如何准确调进行了探讨,对调原则的做了补充。提出了咬合调整的规范,提出了不能轻易调的问题,强调了规范化调的重要性,明确提出要重视其前序治疗和后续治疗。

Occlusal adjustment is an important methord of occlusion therapy, which is a necessary technology for dentists.However, improper or inaccurate occlusal adjustment may be damage to the original occlusal relationship, and even cause serious consequences. In this paper, we analyze occlusal changes, caused by physiological and pathological factors, which factors cannot be cure just through occlusal adjustment, and improper occlusal adjustment may cause some damages. Accurate occlusal adjustment is very important, so we discuss how to make an accurate occlusal adjustment and replenish occlusal adjustment principles. With proposing occlusal adjustment standard, emphasizing the importance of standardization occlusal adjustment, we make suggestions that dentists should pay attention to preamble treatment and follow-up treatment.
