生猪屠宰厂普遍采用的击晕方法是电力击昏法,但击晕参数没有固定值。本文旨在探讨比较理想的击晕参数,降低工人劳动强度,减少生猪过宰应激刺激,提高猪肉品质。
The electrical stunning is the stunning method widely used in live pig slaughterhouses. But the stunning parameters are not fixed. It was aimed to explore the ideal stunning parameters to reduce labor intensity, reduce the stress of slaughtered pigs and improve the quality of pork.
