摘要
目的:探讨超声在孕早期诊断胎儿四肢畸形中的价值。方法:回顾性分析2200个胎儿中的8例四肢畸形胎儿的超声检查结果和图像特征,并将超声结果与产后的检查结果或引产后的尸检结果比较分析。结果:超声诊断8例胎儿肢体畸形,其中3例四肢短小畸形,1例马蹄内翻足畸形,2例手足多指(趾)畸形,1例四肢缺如畸形和1例四肢屈曲畸形,仅有1例马蹄内翻足畸形胎儿漏诊。孕期比较发现四肢缺如畸形以及马蹄内翻足畸形均在13~15周有效的检出最多(P〈0.05)。手足多指(趾)畸形在12~13周有效检出最多(P〈0.05);而四肢短小畸形、肢体屈曲畸形在14周有效检出最多(P〈0.05)。结论:超声检查诊断胎儿四肢畸形准确率高,且无创伤、安全、可靠、可反复检查,在诊断胎儿肢体畸形的临床应用中有重要的意义。
Objective:To investigate the standardization of structural fetal limb ultrasound image features screening,evaluation of ultrasound diagnosis of fetal limb malformations in the first trimester.Methods:A retrospective analysis of ultrasound results and image features 2200 of 8cases of fetal limb malformations of the fetus,and the results of comparative analysis and ultrasound findings postpartum or post-abortion autopsy results.Results:Ultrasound diagnosis of fetal limb deformities eight cases,including three cases of short limbs deformity,varus deformity in the one case horseshoe,two cases of hand,foot and multi-finger(toe)malformation,one case of limb deformities and one case of absence of flexion deformity of limbs,only varus deformity of the fetus within one case missed the Horseshoe.Pregnancy comparison limb deformities as well as absence of clubfoot deformity at 13~15 weeks were the most effective detection(P〈0.05),there were statistically significant.Hand,Foot and multi-finger(toe)deformity in the effective detection of up to 12~13weeks(P〈0.05),there was significant;rather short limb deformity,limb flexion deformity in the effective detection of up to 14weeks(P〈0.05),there were statistics significance.Conclusions:Ultrasound diagnosis of fetal limb deformities high accuracy and non-invasive,safe,reliable,and can be repeatedly checked,has important implications in the diagnosis of fetal limb deformities in clinical applications.
