双侧扁桃体肿大
摘要
1．病例简介：患者男，65岁。2015年1月中旬无明显诱因出现咽痛、咽部异物感伴吞咽疼痛，抗炎治疗未见好转，3月8日就诊于当地医院，体检示扁桃体Ⅲ度肿大，左侧扁桃体增大明显，表面呈隆起样、越过中线。患者自发病以来无发热、盗汗及体质量减轻，血常规检查未见异常，颈部B超未见肿大淋巴结。2015年3月13日行双侧扁桃体切除术。
