论我国危险废物分级管理的紧迫性

近年来,由于社会经济的迅速发展和人们生活水平的不断提高,产生了越来越多的危险废物。危险废物由于其特殊的危害性对人类健康和生态环境构成了严重影响和潜在威胁,已引起世界各国的重视。危险废物的种类繁多、性质复杂,应根据其不同的危险特性及危害程度区别对待、分级管理的原则,最大限度地减少了危险废物的危害,促使其流向规模化、管理水平高的经营企业,同时还可以节省危险废物的管理成本。

Due to many kinds of hazardous wastes and the complex nature of hazard wastes, we should adopt the dis-crimination and management principles by different levels based on the different hazardous characteristics and the degree of harm, and minimizes the hazard of hazardous wastes, prompt the lfow scale, high-level management of enterprises, and at the same time, we can save the costs of management of hazardous wastes.
