摘要
结合青岛市餐厨废弃物管理实践,剖析了当前在餐厨废弃物收运体系建设中存在的问题,提出了相应解决措施,并进一步探讨餐厨废弃物规范管理的对策与建议。
Based on the experiences of the food & kitchen trash management in Qingdao, the paper analyzes the problems existed in the food & kitchen trash collection and transportation system construction, points out the relevant measures and probes into the countermeasures and suggestions so as to strengthen the regularizing management of the food & kitchen trashes.
