概述了广东省流域污染现状,分析了现行管理体制和市场配置的缺陷,通过借鉴发达国家的管理经验,结合广东省内流域治理的需求,指出流域治理一体化是广东省流域治理发展的趋势及方向。
The article outlines and analyzes the watershed pollution status in Guangdong Province, the existing management system and the deficiencies of market allocation. Based on the management experiences of use for reference in the developed countries and combined with the demand of the province watershed control, the article points out that the integration of watershed control is the trend and direction of watershed control in Guangdong Province.
