摘要 现有的石油开采技术中,传统的机械滑套投球滑套在压裂级数上有限,为提高开采效率,增加压裂级数是关键。将射频技术应用到滑套当中,可解决井下滑套开闭问题。用投递信号球作为开闭滑套的方式可以实现井下压裂的无限级。对信号的接收系统软硬件进行设计计算,并模拟井下工况对信号球以及阅读器进行试验,验证了射频滑套信号接收系统的性能。试验结果表明,设计的信号接发系统工具能够满足所要求的性能指标。 In the present oil production technology,the traditional mechanical sliding sleeve,pitching sliding sleeve was restricted on fracturing level.Increasing the fracturing series is the key of improving the efficiency of mining.The RFID technology was induced to the sliding sleeve to solve open and close well decline set problem.The oil underground fracturing of infinite level can be realized with delivery signal balls as a means of opening.In this paper,the signal of the receiving system hardware and software design was calculated,and the experiment was introduced to simulate the oil underground signals and reader's experiment.The performance of the sliding sleeve of the radio signal receiving system was verified.The experimental results show that:the signal receiver system tool can meet the required performance indicators.
