摘要 为了避免家庭厨房天然气泄露带来的危害,实现对天然气泄露的实时检测,当检测到天然气泄露后进行报警并将泄露的天然气通过排气装置排到室外,设计了一种新一代家用安全节能抽油烟机.首先,抽油烟机具备天然气检测功能,对室内天然气浓度进行实时检测;然后,当检测到天然气浓度值超过程序设定值后,处理器进行防误报判断,当判定为发生天然气泄露后,由处理器自动控制声光报警器进行报警并启动排气装置将泄露的天然气排到室外;最后,当检测到天然气浓度值低于程序设定值后,处理器进行防误报判断,当判定为未发生天然气泄露后,由处理器关闭声光报警器和排气装置.经过实验检测,天然气爆炸极限为5%-15%,当天然气浓度持续高于3.5‰,5 s后本装置启动自动报警与排烟功能;当天然气浓度持续低于3.5‰,5 s后解除报警并停止排气.结果表明:该装置可实现对天然气的实时检测和天然气泄露后的报警与泄露天然气排出的功能,系统稳定可靠、可以有效防止误报,满足实际需要. The aim is to avoid the harm caused by the leaking natural gas, and to achieve real-time monitoring of domestic natural gas. When the detected natural gas leaks, call the alarm and discharge the leaked natural gas through the smoke lampblack machine. Thus, We design a new generation of household security energy-saving smoke lampblack machine. First of all, the lampblack machine is equipped with gas detection function, and directs the function of real-time monitoring of the indoor natural gas value. Then, when the detected natural gas value exceeds the programmed amount, the processor makes the anti false alarm judgment and automatic control to open acousto-optic alarm and the exhaust device when natural gas leaks judged by the processor .Shut down acousto-optic alarm and the exhaust device when it stop leaking judged by the processor. The experiment results show that the natural gas explosion limit is (50000~150000ppm). when the gas concentration reaches 3500 ppm continuously, The new security energy-saving smoke lampblack machine starts the function of alarming and letting out of the natural gas after 5seconds and close it when the gas concentration below 3500 ppm continuously, The results show that it basically realizes the functions of real-time monitoring of natural gas, the alarm of the natural gas leakage and discharging the leaked natural gas. The device satisfies the needs for the stable and reliable system and the strong ability of anti-interference.
