摘要
电网调控运行需要有可视化程度高、可展现故障发展和演化的系统作为大电网在线分析及评估系统的重要构成。而华中电网位于特高压互联电网中枢,特高压交直流之间、特高压直流送受端电网之间、特高压与超高压电网之间耦合关系复杂,对于提升大电网调控能力的自动化高级应用功能需求强烈。本文引入军事领域的沙盘推演概念,基于现有调度自动化系统,给出了"大电网安全稳定沙盘推演系统"建设方案,并在华中电网建设了示范系统。
It is necessary to develop a visualization system to show the ongoing behaviors for a tru?ly power system,especially for Central China Power Grid. Because Central China Power Grid is thepivot of the interconnected grid in China, There are complex relations between ultra-high voltage(UHV) AC and DC, between the sending grid and receiving grid of DC system, between the UHVand HV grids. This paper exploits the idea of sand-table gaming which is used in military field andshows a scheme of“bulk power system sand-table simulation system”. The demonstration system hasbeen implemented in central China power system.
