摘要
面对气候变化多样、节能减排要求高的新形势,水电开发与运营管理需调整水电梯级调度运行机制、加大流域水电梯级联合调度力度、科学合理安排流域水电梯级在电力系统中的工作位置,以更好发挥流域水电梯级节能减排作用。以流域水电梯级不同调度运行方案为基础,分析各方案下流域水电梯级发电特性的差异及电力系统中其他电源运行方式的变化情况,最终得出流域水电梯级不同运行方案下的电力系统总燃料消耗情况。以某实际流域水电联合调度为例进行验证,结果表明,流域水电梯级发电效益有所减少,但节能减排效果明显。
Under the new circumstances of dealing with climate change and achieving energy conservation and emissions reduction, the hydropower development and operation management should address the scientific and reasonable scheduling and operation mechanism of hydropower cascades, the enhancement of joint scheduling of the basin hydropower cascades, and the scientific and reasonable positioning of the basin hydropower cascades in the power system, bringing the basin hydropower cascades into full play in energy conservation and emission reduction. Taking hydropower cascade dispatching operation with different programs of the basin as the basis for the programs under hydropower cascade difference power generation characteristics, it was analyzed the changes in the power system and other power operating modes, the total power system to run different programs under hydropower cascade fuel consumption. With hydropower joint actual scheduling for an example, the calculation results indicate that the basin hydropower cascade generation benefits have been decreased, but the energy saving effect is obvious.
