HPLC-DAD法检测饲料中多种农药残留 被引量:1

Determination of multiple pesticide residues in feed by HPLCDAD with solvent gradient combined with extracting maximum absorption wavelength

摘要 本实验建立了同时分离检测饲料中三唑类杀菌剂(三唑酮、联苯三唑醇、烯唑醇)和菊酯类杀虫剂(胺菊酯、S-氟氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯)的高效液相色谱(HPLC)-二极管阵列检测器(DAD)法。使用C18色谱柱,以甲醇和水为流动相,采用甲醇-水梯度洗脱,在被分析物最大吸收波长200~300nm处对饲料中6种农药进行分离与检测。结果表明,6种农药在11min内实sLT基线分离,线性相关系数为0.9987~1.0000,检出限为0.01~0.05μg/mL。样品平均加标回收率为83.5%~94.6%,相对标准偏差(RSDs)为1.51~3.81%(n=5)。可见该方法是高效、灵敏、快速检测饲料中农药残留的有效方法。 A high performance liquid ehromatography(HPLC)-diode array detector (DAD)method was developed for simultaneous determination of six pesticide residues in feed,including triazole fungicides (triadimefon,bitertanol and dinieonazole) and pyrethroid inseetieides(tetramethrin, eyhalothrin and fenvalerate).Under gradient elution and maximum absorption wavelengths of the studied analytes within 200 - 300 nm,the six pesticides were separated by C18 column with methanol and water as mobile phase, and detected by DAD.The results showed that complete separation of the six pesticides was achieved within l lmin,the linear correlation coefficients were between 0.9987 and 1.0000,the detection limits were 0.01 - 0.05 μg/mL,the average spiked recoveries were between 83.5% and 94.6%,and the relative standard devia- tions (tlSDs) were in the range of 1.51 - 3.81% (n=5).The method was efficient, sensitive and fast, it could be used to determine the pesticide residues in feed.
