医院物资保障管理是医院管理的重要组成部分,随着卫生改革不断深入,物资工作的改革势在必行。而抓好以人为中心的管理,落实科学规范的管理制度,通过精细化的管理手段,是医院物资保障工作的关键。只有以人为本,培养职工的主人翁意识、有效地发挥职工的主观能动性、创造力、树立"以病人为中心"的服务意识。该文提出了6项措施,有利于全面提高物资服务水平,更好地促进医院改革大发展。
