摘要
医院物资保障管理是医院管理的重要组成部分,随着卫生改革不断深入,物资工作的改革势在必行。而抓好以人为中心的管理,落实科学规范的管理制度,通过精细化的管理手段,是医院物资保障工作的关键。只有以人为本,培养职工的主人翁意识、有效地发挥职工的主观能动性、创造力、树立"以病人为中心"的服务意识。该文提出了6项措施,有利于全面提高物资服务水平,更好地促进医院改革大发展。
Hospital logistics management is an important part of the hospital management, with the deepeningof health reform, the reform of logistics is imperative. And grasp the human centered management, the implementationof scien tific and standardized management system, through the fine management tools, is the key to thehospital logistics. Only people - oriented, training workers mastership consciousness, effectively play to the staffssubjective initiative, creativity, and establish a "take the patient as the center" service consciousness. This paperputs forward 6 measures, is conducive to the comprehensive improvement of the level of material services, to betterpromote development of hospital reform.
