许豫和《小儿诸热辨》论治小儿发热思路探析

Discussion on Ideas of Treatment Variation of Fever in Children in Xu Yuhe's Book of Xiao Er Zhu Re Bian

介绍清代名医许豫和《小儿诸热辨》中有关小儿发热的治疗经验,提出其治疗小儿发热具有3个特点:治外感发热,察小儿之体,辨六气从化;疗内伤发热,诊致病之源,分积滞惊恐;详杂症从属,析寒热异同,明温清之别。

This article introduced the treatment experience in fever in children in the book of Xiao Er Zhu Re Bian, which was written by Xu Yuhe, a famous TCM doctor in the Qing Dynasty. It proposed that treatment for fever in children have three features： For treating external fever, TCM doctors should examine children＇s TCM constitutions, and then determine the pathological properties of transformation; for treating internal fever, TCM doctors should analyze pathological origins, know disease distinctions, and then tell the indigestion and panic; TCM doctors should differentiate disease natures, analyze cold and heat natures and the differences, and then understand the differences between warmness and clearness.
