《对山医话》学术思想探析

Analysis on the Academic Ideas of Dui Shan Yi Hua

清代著名学者毛祥麟于1903年所撰《对山医话》,是清末民初较有影响的医话著作。该书共4卷,记述了医药典故、医林逸事、民间疗法、医理及使用药物的心得体会等。《对山医话》涉及范围极广,包括内、外、妇、儿、眼科、骨伤、针灸、食疗等。其主体内容由众多的故事与验案组成,兼夹作者个人议论,多有发前人所未发,可读性很强,具有很高的文献参考价值。由于历史的局限性,《对山医话》中也有一些具有迷信色彩的内容,需要读者在阅读过程中加以甄别。

Dui Shan Yi Hua（Duishan Medical Essay）, which is written by Mao Xianglin in 1903（a famous scholar in the Qing Dynasty）, is one of the influential medical notes books during the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China. There are four volumes in this book, including medicine allusions, medical community anecdotes, folk therapy, medical knowledge and medication experience. The content and scope involved in Dui Shan Yi Hua are very wide which involve internal medicine, dermatology, gynecology, pediatrics, ophthalmology, orthopaedics, acupuncture and moxibustion, dietary therapy, etc. The majority of them comes from the stories and actual medical cases. The author also added his own points, which are original, hence this book has a very high reference value and the readability is very strong. Due to the historical limitation, there are some superstitious contents in Dui Shan Yi Hua, which need to be distinguished during the course of reading.
