论高职高专院校中药类专业开设中药材采收加工技术课程的必要性和可行性

Discussion on Necessity and Feasibility of Harvesting and Processing Technology Course of Chinese Medicinal Materials in Higher Vocational Colleges

为弥补学生对中药材质量认识上的不足,完善中药产业链的课程体系,有必要在我国高职高专院校中药类专业开设中药材采收加工技术课程。目前已经开发出版了符合教学需要的高职高专教材,构建了实训教程等。将中药材采收加工技术列为必修专业课程具有重要意义。

In order to make up students＇ insufficient understanding of quality of Chinese medicinal materials and improve curriculum system of TCM industry chain, it is necessary to set up harvesting and processing technology course for majors about Chinese medicinal materials in higher vocational colleges in China. Currently, teaching materials of higher vocational colleges in accordance with teaching demand have been developed and published and practical training courses have been established. It is of great significance to include harvesting and processing technology course into compulsory specialized courses.
