海马神经元细胞培养技术的研究进展

摘要 大脑海马区是帮助人类处理长期学习与记忆主要区域,在医学上海马区是大脑皮质的一个内褶区,在侧脑室底部绕脉络膜裂形成一弓形隆起并由两个扇形部分所组成,两者合称海马结构。研究发现,大多数脑部疾病的发生都跟海马神经元细胞息息相关,近年来,通过体外模拟脑部海马区神经元细胞的内环境,从体外细胞水平对脑部相关疾病的研究提供了一个新的领域。本文将通过搜集国内外近几年对海马神经元细胞的分离、提取、接种、纯化、鉴定等科研资料,论述海马神经元细胞的培养技术,为脑部相关疾病的研究提供相关理论技术指导。 Hippocampus region is to help people deal with major long-term learning and memory area, the hippocampus is a medically cerebral cortexwithin the fold area at the bottom of the lateral ventricle choroid fissure is formed around an arcuate ridge which consists of two fan-shaped portion sometimesboth composition collectively known as the hippocampal formation. The study found that the occurrence of most brain diseases related to hippocampal neuronsare closely related, in recent years, through in vitro simulation environment within the brain hippocampus neurons from in vitro cellular level of the brainrelated diseases research provides a new field. This article will gather at home and abroad in recent years, the separation of horses neuronal cells, extraction,vaccination, purification and identification of scientific information, discuss technical hippocampal neurons cultured cells, to provide technical guidance for thestudy of the theory of brain-related diseases.
