摘要
通过实地调研与问卷咨询,对旧工业建筑再生利用项目的安全管控进行分析,共提取28个安全控制要素,运用解释结构模型(ISM)综合分析要素之间的逻辑关系,构建影响因素7级递阶结构模型,并结合层次分析法(AHP)计算要素的综合权重,从而明确项目安全控制的重点,为项目的安全管理与决策提供参考依据。
Based on analysis of security control for the old industrial buildings recycling projects,28 influence factors of safety control are extracted combined with field research and questionnaire. The logical relationships among the influence factors are analyzed by interpretative structural modeling to establish a 7 steps hierarchical structure model and the general weight is calculated by AHP to clarify the key factors of the project safety control,providing references for safety control and decision- making of old industrial buildings recycling project.
