酮康唑联合克霉唑栓治疗老年念球菌性阴道炎的疗效

The effect of Ketoconazole combined with clotrimazole suppositories in the treatment of senile candida vaginitis

目的观察酮康唑联合克霉唑栓治疗老年念球菌性阴道炎的疗效。方法将2014年1月至2015年1月100例老年念球菌性阴道炎患者,随机分为两组,每组50例。对照组单用酮康唑治疗,观察组则在此基础上给予克霉唑栓。评估两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率98.0%,明显高于对照组的76.0%(P<0.05)。观察组临床症状与体征改善情况,明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组复发率8.0%,略高于观察组的6.0%,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率均为10.0%。结论酮康唑与克霉唑栓联合用药有利于在短时间内改善老年念球菌性阴道炎患者症状与体征,疗效确切,安全性高、复发率低。

Objective To observe the effect of ketoconazole joint clotrimazole suppositories in the treatment of elderly candida vaginitis.Methods 100 cases of elderly patients,with Candida vaginitis from January 2014 to January 2015,were randomly divided into 2 groups,50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group was treated with ketoconazole,however,patients in observation group received clotrimazole suppositories on the basis of the control group.Treatment effects of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 98.0%,significantly higher than the control group（ 76.0%,P 0.05）.The clinical symptoms and signs of observation group improved better than the control group（ P 0.05）.The recurrence rate of control group was 8.0%,slightly higher than 6.0% of observation group,there was no statistical significance（ P 0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups was 10.0%.Conclusions Ketoconazole combined clotrimazole suppositories is beneficial to improve symptoms and signs of elderly candida vaginitis in a short time,it is effective,safe and with low recurrence rate.
