茵栀黄口服液联合思连康治疗新生儿高胆红素血症108例临床观察

Clinical observation on the effects of Yinzhihuang oral liquid combined with Siliankang in treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia for 108 cases

目的观察茵栀黄口服液联合思连康治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的临床疗效。方法将新生儿高胆红素血症108例随机分为对照组58例和治疗组50例,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上予茵栀黄口服液联合思连康治疗,观察两组患儿临床疗效、黄疸消退时间及血清胆红素变化情况。结果两组患儿治疗后第72小时、120小时治疗组患儿血清胆红素水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论茵栀黄口服液联合思连康治疗新生儿高胆红素血症有较好疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Yinzhihuang oral liquid combined with Siliankang in the treatment of hyperbilirubinemia of newborn.Methods 108 cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia were randomly divided into control group（58 cases） and the treatment group（50 cases）,infant the control group received conventional therapy,on the basis of the control group,patients in the treatment group were given Yinzhihuang oral liquid combined with Siliankang for the treatment.Observed the clinical curative effect,jaundice subsided in time and serum bilirubin changes of the two groups.Results 72 hours and 120 hours after the treatment serum bilirubin level of observation group was lower than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusions Yinzhihuang oral liquid combined with Siliankang in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia obtains good curative effect.
