品管圈在降低术后手术器械丢失率中的应用

Application of quality control circle in reducing the loss rate of surgical instruments

目的探讨品管圈管理在降低术后手术器械丢失率中的效果与体会。方法成立品管圈组织,确立＂降低术后器械丢失率＂课题,对品管圈管理应用前器械丢失情况进行现状调查,找出发生率高的原因,设定目标,比较品管圈管理实施前后器械丢失情况。结果通过QCC小组活动后,器械丢失率明显下降,由2014年7—12月的1.82%下降到了2015年1—6月的0.09%,差异有统计学意义（χ~2=83.335,P〈0.05）,提高了护士工作积极性。结论品管圈管理在降低术后手术器械丢失率中取得了较好的效果,同时通过活动提高了科室人员的团队精神,增强了护理人员参与护理管理的意识和工作满足感。

Objective Explore the effect and experience of quality management in reducing the loss rate of surgical instruments.Methods Quality control circle organization was established for ＇reducing the loss rate of surgical instruments＇,to find out the cause of the high incidence of surgical instruments loss,set goals,compared the occurrence of surgical instruments lose before and after implementation of quality control circle.Results After QCC activities,the loss rate of the surgical instruments was significantly decreased,and the rate of instrument loss was 0.09% from January to June in 2015.The difference was statistically significant（ χ~2= 83.335,P 0.05） compared with the 1.82% from July to December in 2014,and the enthusiasm of nurses were improved after carrying out the activities of the quality control circle.Conclusions The management of quality control circle can reduce the loss rate of surgical instruments,and improve the team spirit,and strengthen the consciousness of nursing staff in nursing management.
