循证护理配合联合植骨融合治疗退行性腰椎滑脱临床效果分析

Clinical effect of evidence-based nursing combined with bone graft fusion in the treatment of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis

目的探讨循证护理配合联合植骨融合治疗在退行性腰椎滑脱患者中的临床治疗效果。方法选取2013年4月至2015年4月我院诊治的100例退行性腰椎滑脱患者资料进行分析,采用随机数字方法将患者分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用常规护理配合联合植骨融合方法治疗,实验组采用循证护理配合联合植骨融合进行治疗,比较两组疗效和患者满意度。结果实验组35例非常满意,10例满意,3例基本满意,满意率为96%,高于对照组(72%)(P<0.05)。实验组患者的主观症状评分为(6.8±1.3),以对照组(1.5±1.1)相比差异具有统计学意义(t=3.38,P=0.012<0.05);临床体征对照组评分为(2.3±1.9),实验组评分为(5.1±1.2),比较差异具有统计学意义(t=2.82,P=0.023<0.05)。结论循证护理配合联合植骨融合治疗退行性腰椎滑脱治疗效果理想,患者满意度高,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of evidence- based nursing combined with bone graft fusion in the treatment of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis.Methods From April 2013 to April 2015,100 patients with degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was treated with routine nursing combined with bone graft fusion.However,patients in the experimental group were treated with evidence- based nursing combined with bone graft fusion.The efficacy and satisfactions of the two groups were compared.Results The satisfaction rate was 96% in experiment group,of them 35 cases were very satisfied,10 cases were satisfied,3 cases were basically satisfied,which was higher than that of the control group（ 72%）（ P 0.05）.The subjective symptom score of the experimental group was（ 6.8 ± 1.3）,which was significantly higher than that of control group（ 1.5 ± 1.1）（ t = 3.38,P = 0.012）.The clinical signs score in the experimental group（2.3 ± 1.9） was lower than that of control group（ 5.1 ± 1.2）,the difference was statistically significant（ t = 2.82,P = 0.023）.Conclusions Evidence based nursing combined with bone graft fusion in the treatment of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis can achieve satisfactory results,and it is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
