山东省某三级甲等医院2010-2014年住院死亡病例分析

Analysis on death cases in a tertiary level hospital in Shandong from 2010 to 2014

目的探讨山东省某三级甲等医院住院死亡病例疾病构成及分布规律。方法通过医院信息管理系统收集2010-2014年住院死亡患者的基本信息，以国际疾病分类第十次修订本（ICD-10）作为疾病诊断分类标准对死亡原因进行分类，运用Excel和SPSSl7．0统计软件进行统计分析。结果山东省某三级甲等医院近5年来病死率呈下降趋势，男性病死率明显高于女性（x^2=157.2，P〈0．05）。肿瘤疾病、循环系统疾病位居死因顺位的前列。肺部肿瘤是威胁住院患者健康的第一大类肿瘤。结论应加强对肿瘤、循环系统疾病的预防、诊断和治疗，降低疾病的发生率、病死率，从而提高居民健康水平和生命质量。

Objective To explore the main cause and distribution pattern of death cases in a tertiary level hospital from 2010 to 2014. Methods The basic information of death eases in hospital from 2010 to 2014 were collected from the hospital in- formation system. The causes of death were classified by ICD-10. Excel and SPSS 17.0 statistics software were used to analyze the data. Results The mortality of hospital patients showed a higher than woman significantly. Tumor and circulation system downward trend in recent five years. The mortality of man was disease were in the front rank of death causes sequence. Lung cancer was the first major tumor threatening the health of inpatients. Conclusion We should strengthen the prevention, diagno- sis and treatment of the disease to reduce the incidence and mortality of disease and in turn to improve the health level and quality of life.
