六泉穴解惑刺法对缺血性脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者Hcy及生活质量的影响

Liuquan Jiehuo Needling Method for Hcy Patients with Dysphagia after Cerebral Ischemic Stroke and the Quality of Life

目的:探讨六泉穴解惑刺法对缺血性脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者Hcy及生活质量的影响。方法:将缺血性脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者98例随机分为治疗组50例(采用神经内科常规治疗配合六泉穴解惑刺法)、对照组48例(神经内科常规治疗联合吞咽康复训练),30天后评价患者Hcy及生活质量。结果:治疗前两组患者在Hcy及生活质量方面比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),每组在Hcy及生活质量方面治疗前后比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后两组在Hcy及生活质量方面比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:对缺血性脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者在常规治疗基础上加用六泉穴解惑刺法治疗可收到较好的效果。

Objective： To investigate the effect of Liuquan Jiehuo puncture on Hcy and quality of life in patients with dysphagia after ischemic stroke. Methods： 98 cases of dysphagia after ischemic stroke were randomly divided into a treatment group with 50 cases（ conventional treatment of neurology combined with Liuquan Jiehuo needling method） and a control group（ 48 cases）（ conventional treatment of neurology department combined with swallowing rehabilitation training）,30 days after the evaluation of patients with Hcy and the quality of life. Results： There was no significant difference in Hcy and quality of life between two groups before treatment（ P 〈0. 05）,but the Hcy and quality of life before and after treatment were statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. there was a significant difference between two groups after treatmennt according to Hcy and quality of life（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： For ischemic stroke patients with dysphagia on the basis of routine treatment Liuquan Jiehuo needling method can get a better effect.
