Rules of Acupoint Selection in the Treatment of Urinary Incontinence after Stroke

目的:总结近10年内针灸治疗中风后尿失禁的选穴规律。方法:采用计算机检索近10年国内用针灸治疗中风后尿失禁的文献并进行统计分析。结果:筛选出合格文献85篇,涉及54个经穴,使用频次共为495次。研究发现针灸治疗中风后尿失禁,选取经络以任脉、膀胱经、脾经为主;局部选穴主要以腹部及腰骶部腧穴为主;选穴以关元、中极、三阴交、气海、肾俞、百会、次髎、膀胱俞为最多;特定穴以交会穴使用最多,其次为募穴及俞穴。结论:现代针灸临床治疗中风后尿失禁仍以循经辨证取穴、局部取穴、取用特定穴为主。

Objective： This article summarizes and analyzes the rules of acupoint selection in the treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke. Methods： Look for the acupuncture domestic literatures about the treatment for urinary incontinence after stroke in the recent decade by using the computer retrieval. Results： There were altogether 19 articles that met the inclusion criteria,involving 54 acupuncture points,using frequency of all points for 495 times. By researching into these articles,we found that for the treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke by acupuncture the collateral channels were Ren,bladder,spleen meridians,and the main acupoints were Guanyuan,Zhongji,Sanyinjiao,Qihai,Shenshu,Baihui,Ciliao and Pangguangshu for most and the main specific points were the intersection point mostly used,followed by Back- shu ang Front- mu points. Conclusion： The acupuncture treatment for urinary incontinence after stroke is still by using the acupoints according to the meridians,the specific points and local points.
