多元校正法测定毛皮浸酸液混合酸含量的研究

摘要 毛皮浸酸液混合酸浓度的测定,是深化和推广毛皮浸酸废液循环使用的基础。在分析混合酸的化学滴定法、多元校正法等测定混合酸原理基础上,以硫酸-甲酸浸酸体系为例,研究将多元校正法应用于毛皮浸酸液混合酸测定的可行性。研究结果表明:用多元校正法测定硫酸-甲酸浸酸液,对硫酸的测定准确度较高,基本可以满足工业测定要求;对甲酸的测定准确度较低。将酸碱滴定法与多元校正法联用,基本可以实现硫酸-甲酸混合酸的测定。研究还表明,对于多次循环使用的废液,由于甲酸钠的累积,可导致测定准确度下降。 The measurement of mixed acids in fur pickled solutions cling. The principles of mix acids determination were analyzed such as is the foundation to promote the pickled liquid waste recy- mix acids with chemical titration method and multivariate calibration method. The sulfuric acid and formic acids were used to study the feasibility of multivariate calibration method applica- tion in the mix acids measurement in fur pickled liquid. The results show that high measurement accuracy of the sulfuric acid can received in the sulfuric acid and formic acid system by using the multivariate calibration method, which can meet the requirements of industrial measurement. And the measurement accuracy of the formic acid is low. The combination of acid - base titration meth- od and multivariate calibration method could obtain the relative high measurement accuracy of the acids. It also shows that the measurement accuracy for the pickled liquid waste recycled for many times is low due to the accumulation of dodium formate.
