摘要
作为国际通用的管理手段之一,卓越绩效模式在国内大中型企业的应用日益广泛,对企业管理质量提升作用显著。以某电网公司实施卓越绩效模式为案例,本文基于卓越绩效评价国家标准,提出将评价对象映射到公司关键业务的评价思路,优化卓越绩效模式导入流程,融合精益精细化工程,构建卓越绩效评价"测量、评价、改进、提升"闭环管理长效机制,为其他电力企业实施卓越绩效评价探索出一条可借鉴的道路。
As one of the international common management tools, performance excellence model has been widely applied in the domestic enterprises and it plays a significant role in promoting enterprise quality management.Taking a grid company which implements performance excellence mode as the actual case, based on the national standard for performance excellence evaluation, this paper proposes to map the evaluation object to the major business and optimizes the process of the performance excellence.Meanwhile it integrates lean and delicacy project to construct the closed-loop management which contains "measurement, evaluation, improvement and promotion" and explores an useful experience for other grid companies.
