Evaluation Model of Water Environment Security Based on Multi-Element Connection Number

摘要 水环境安全评价对协调水资源供需矛盾、保障水环境可持续健康发展具有重要的意义.根据"压力-状态-响应(PSR)模型,构建水环境安全评价指标体系,以相对最小信息熵为工具,将主客观权重结合起来形成组合权重,利用集对分析理论中的多元联系数对水环境安全评价体系进行定量计算,并以杭州市水环境为例进行了实例计算.计算结果表明,模型物理概念清晰,计算结果合理、建模过程直观,具有较好的应用推广价值. Evaluation of water environment security is very important for easing supply and demand contradiction of water resources and sustainable development of water environment. According to the Pressure-State-Response (PSR) model, the Evaluation Index System (EIS) and Evaluation Grading Criterions (EGC) of water environment security was created, then combined weight was used by relative Entropy principle, at last, set pair analysis (SPA) model was used as the model of evaluation. The multi-element connection number was applied to evaluation of Hangzhou water environment security. The research result shows that the model has distinct statistic and physical Conceptsl visual computation method, effective but perfect scheme of modeling, therefore, it can be applied to water environment security and other different comprehensive assessment problems under the known grading evaluation criterion.
