掺钕镱石榴石激光治疗太田痣92例疗效分析

Curative effect of 92 cases of nevus of Ota treated by YAG laser

目的为寻找治疗太田痣安全、高效的治疗方法,观察掺钕镱石榴石激光（YAG激光）治疗太田痣的疗效和安全性。方法 92例太田痣中男23例、女69例,平均年龄16.35岁（5~44岁）,单侧87例,双侧5例。采用YAG激光治疗,波长：1 064 nm/532 nm,能量350 m J/160 m J,治疗间隔60 d,治疗次数3~7次。评估治疗效果,记录不良反应。结果 92例太田痣,平均治疗5次,单、双侧显效率分别为89.7%、80%。对皮损的改善病人的满意度较高,不良反应轻微,部分留有暂时性色素沉着。结论 YAG激光治疗太田痣,方法简便、疗效显著、安全可靠。

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of patients with nevus of Ota treated by Neodymium-doped Ytterbium Aluminum Garnet laser（YAG laser）, so as to find a safe and effective treatment method. Methods Among 92 cases of nevus of Ota, there were 23 male persons and 69 female persons. The average age was 16.35 years old（5-44 years old）.There were 87 cases of unilateral side and 5 cases of bilateral side. All the cases were treated by using YAG laser with1064nm/532 nm mixing wave length, and the energy was 350 m J/160 m J. The interval duration between treatments was 60 days. With 3 to 7 times of treatments, the curative effects were evaluated and the severe side effects were recorded. Results After the average 5 times of treatments, 89.7% of unilateral side and 80% of bilateral side in the 92 cases of Ota were completely cured. The degree of satisfaction of improving the skin was high while there was little severe side effect and only several patients showed temporary hyper pigmentation. Conclusion YAG laser is simple, effective and safe in the treatment of nevus of Ota.
