摘要
对灰色理论的基本原理进行了简要介绍,同时分析了用灰色理论中的灰色关联分析法进行故障诊断的一般步骤,建立了适用于挤压研磨设备的故障诊断模型。通过实例分析验证,在数据量少的情况下,采用灰色理论中的灰关联分析法对挤压研磨设备进行故障诊断效果良好。
The basic principle of grey theory is described simply in this paper.At the same time,the method and the steps of diagnosing faults are analyzed by using the method of grey relational grade.Then establish a fault-diagnosis model of the machine of nozzle grinding. Through the example analysis,by using the method of grey relational grade in fault diagnosis of the machine of nozzle grinding has good results under the condition of few data.
