核电站一回路主系统三维仿真模型的研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 基于Auto CAD和Inventor三维建模软件平台,建立某国产三代核电机组一回路主系统的三维实体模型,运用Simulation CFD软件模拟一回路主系统的相关设备在不同工况下运行时的压力场和温度场,揭示了冷热流交混、机组启停过程中热疲劳现象的作用机理,为核电站一回路主系统的性能分析和疲劳监测系统的开发提供了参考。 This paper uses Auto CAD and Inventor software to build a three-dimensional solid model based on the primary loop main system of a domestic nuclear power unit.Simulation CFD software is used to simulate the pressure and temperature fields of the main equipment of the primary loop main system.The result reveals several common fatigue mechanism and have some significance to the property analysis of primary loop main system and design of fatigue monitoring system.
