摘要
通过比较几种非完整圆弧半径的测量方法,突出最小二乘拟合的优越性。针对工业上对非完整圆弧半径的测量精度要求与测量的简便性这个问题,列举一种采用机器视觉技术实现对圆弧半径的非接触测量在工业中的应用,对边缘数据采用最小二乘拟合法求出半径,说明最小二乘拟合的方法可以满足工业自动化的要求。最后指出今后采用机器视觉最小二乘拟合法是圆弧工件半径测量的主要方式。
By comparing several kinds of circular arc radius measurement methods,highlight the advantages of least squares fitting.For industrial measurement accuracy requirements for incomplete circular arc and the simplicity of measurement this problem,here is a list about using machine vision technology to realize non-contact measurement of arc radius in the industry,the application of the edge data using least squares fitting method to find the radius,the method of the least squares fitting can meet the requirements of industrial automation.
