Design of Distributed Multi-channel Output of High Power LED Driving

摘要 针对大功率LED灯存在发光不均匀问题,设计了一款大功率LED多通道驱动电源,并设计了一款控制电路,实现多路驱动,调光控制和实时监测功能。分析了多通道驱动电路恒流的实现原理和PWM调光及输出电流检测的设计。实验结果表明驱动电源的各个通道具有良好的恒流特性和输出一致性,且可以实现在宽范围平滑连续的PWM调光功能和实时检测各个通道的输出电流。 In this paper,the realization principle of constant current of multi-channel driver is analyzed.A PWM dimming and an output current detection are designed as well.The experimental results show that each channel of power has constant current output and good consistency.Besides,smooth and continuous dimming over a wide range of PWM and realtime detection of output current of each channel are realized in this paper.
