适量置换脑脊液治疗蛛网膜下腔出血

Clinical effect of reasonable amount of cerebrospinal fluid replacement therapy on subarachnoid hemorrhage

目的：探讨适量置换脑脊液在蛛网膜下腔出血患者中的临床治疗效果。方法对新乡县人民医院收治的80例蛛网膜下腔出血患者资料进行分析，根据不同治疗方案将患者分为对照组和实验组，对照组采用常规方法治疗，实验组采用适量置换脑脊液治疗，比较两组疗效。结果实验组治疗方案疗效显著，有效率（95％）明显优于对照组（85％，P＜0.05）；实验组满意率为95％，显著高于对照组的65％（P＜0.05）；实验组头痛时间、颈项强直时间、住院时间、脑脊液血红蛋白清除时间显著短于对照组（ P＜0.05）。结论蛛网膜下腔出血患者采用适量置换脑脊液治疗效果理想，能够提高临床疗效，缩短患者头痛及颈项强直时间，值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of the right amount of cerebrospinal flu- id replacement on patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage admitted to people＇s hospital of Xinxiang were analyzed, they were divid- ed into control group and experiment group according to the different treatment regimens. Patients in control group were given the conventional treatment, and patients in experiment group received the right amount of cerebrospinal fluid replacement therapy, the efficacy of the two groups were compared. Re- suits The effective rate of experiment group was 95 %, which was significant better than that of control group （85% , P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the satisfactory rate of experiment group was 95% , which was significantly better than of control group （65% , P 〈 0. 05） ; the headache time, neck stiffness time, hospital stay, cerebrospinal fluid Hb clearance time in experiment group were significantly shorter than those in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions SAH patients with the right amount of cerebrospinal fluid ideal re- placement treatment can improve the clinical efficacy and shorten the time of patients with headache and stiff neck, so it should be introduced.
