乳腺导管内癌超声诊断价值

Ultrasound diagnosis value of intraductal carcinoma in breast

目的：探讨超声诊断乳腺导管内癌的临床价值。方法回顾性分析安阳市妇幼保健院2013年6月至2014年6月收治的46例乳腺导管内癌患者的超声声像图资料，并与病理检查结果相比较。结果46例乳腺导管内癌患者中腺病型患者12例，超声显示患者腺体局部变厚，结构紊乱；导管扩张型8例，导管扩张欠光整5例，导管单纯扩张3例，超声可见隆起性小光团；25例患者乳腺内为实性肿块，超声显示腺体内存在实质性小回声，呈现出不规则或椭圆型，纵横比＜1，其中12例患者乳腺内病灶界限较清晰；1例患者乳腺内有混合型肿块，主要为囊性肿块，病灶内可见团状小回音，未见明显后方异常回音。结论超声检查对乳腺导管内癌诊断具有一定的应用价值，联合乳管内视镜和X线钼靶镜检查，有助于提高超声的诊断率。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of in-traductal carcinoma in breast .Methods From June 2013 to June 2014 , the sonographic data of 46 pa-tients with ductal carcinoma in maternity and child health hospital of Anyany , were retrospectively ana-lyzed, and compared with the pathological findings .Results Among the 46 cases of ductal carcinoma , there were 12 cases of adenovirus type , ultrasound showed thickening in partial gland , structural disor-der;8 cases of duct dilated type , 5 cases of duct dilatation due to finishing , 3 cases of simple dilatation catheter , ultrasound showed uplift small light group;25 patients with solid mass , ultrasound showed a small gland at the substantive echo memory , showing irregular or oval, the aspect ratio was less than 1, in which 12 patients with clearer boundaries of breast lesions;1 patient had mixed mammary tumors , mainly for cystic mass lesions seen small groups like echo , no obvious abnormalities rear echo .Conclu-sions Ultrasound diagnosis has a certain value on intraductal carcinoma in breast , combined with duct endoscopy and X-ray mammography endoscopy , ultrasound can help improve the diagnostic yield .
