摘要
目的：探讨胃癌手术治疗方法及应用效果。方法指定具有专业知识及丰富经验的临床医生完成68例胃癌患者根治性外科手术操作，记录其近期疗效、不良反应发生情况，给予统计学分析后得出结论。结果68例胃癌患者经外科根治性手术治疗后，临床治疗总有效率（66.18％）与无效率（33.82％）比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；不良反应发生率仅为17.65％，显著低于未发生不良反应患者所占比例82.35％，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对胃癌患者给予外科根治术治疗可获得满意的临床疗效及安全性，有利于保障患者生活质量及生命安全。
Objective To investigate the surgical treatment of gastric cancer and the results. Methods Cli- nician with rich expertise and experience completed the 68 cases of gastric cancer patients with radical surgical proce- dures, and the short-term efficacy, adverse events were recorded. Results Aafter radical surgery, the clinical total ef- fective rate （66. 18% ） and inefficient （33.82%） rate had significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the adverse reaction rate was 17. 65 %, which was significantly lower than that of patients who did not occur adverse reactions （82. 35 %, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Surgical resection of gastric cancer can obtain satisfied clinical efficacy and safety, and help to protect the lives and safety of patients.
