局部神经阻滞联合物理治疗颈型颈椎病的疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of Local Nerve Block Combined with Physical Therapy on Cervical Spondylosis of Cervical Type

目的：探讨局部神经阻滞联合电脑中频＋特定电磁波（TDP）治疗器治疗颈型颈椎病的疗效.方法：216例疼痛门诊颈型颈椎病患者随机分为对照组106例及观察组110例,对照组采取局部神经阻滞治疗,观察组采用局部神经阻滞及电脑中频＋TDP治疗器,比较两组效果.结果：治疗后观察组VAS评分显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）,颈椎评价量表积分显著高于对照组（P〈0.01）.结论：局部神经沮滞联合电脑中频＋TDP治疗器治疗颈型颈椎病效果良好,可在临床广泛应用.

Objective：To investigate the curative effect of local nerve block combined with computer intermediate frequency and specialized electro-magnetic wave （TDP） treating cervical spondylosis of cervical type. Methods：216 cases of cervical spondylosis of cervical type in pain clinic were randomly divided into control group of 106 cases and observation group of 110 cases, control group with treatment of local nerve block, observation group adopted local nerve block and computer intermediate frequency as well as TDP therapentic equipment, curative effect between the two groups were compared. Results：After treatment VAS score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）, cervical evalua-tion scale score was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Effect of local nerve block combined with computer inter-mediate frequency as well as TDP therapentic equipment treating cervical spondylosis of cervical type is good, which can be widely applied in clinic.
