摘要
目的:探讨艾条悬灸对肾阳虚大鼠垂体-肾上腺轴和垂体-甲状腺轴的影响.方法:以氢化可的松肌肉注射制作皮质酮肾阳虚动物模型,将大鼠随机分成模型对照组、艾灸治疗组并设立空白对照组各8只,艾灸治疗组采用艾条悬灸肾俞、关元,每次每穴20min,每日一次,治疗14次,治疗结束后采用ELISA方法检测各组大鼠血清CORT、ACTH、T3、T4、TSH的含量,采用RT-PCR方法检测垂体ACTH、TSH mRNA的表达.结果:与模型对照组比较,艾灸治疗组血清CORT无显著性差异(P〉0.05),血清ACTH、T4、TSH和垂体ACTH、TSH mRNA均具有显著性差异(P〈0.05),血清T3具有极显著性差异(P〈0.01);与空白对照组比较,艾灸治疗组上述各指标均无显著性差异(P〉0.05).结论:艾条悬灸肾俞、关元对肾阳虚大鼠有明显的治疗作用.
Objective:To investigate the influence of suspended moxibustion on pituitary adrenal axis and pituitary thyroid axis in kidney yang defi-ciency rats. Methods:The rat models of kidney yang deficiency were made by hydrocortisone muscle injection, and randomly divided into model control group (MCG) and moxibustion treating group (MTG), and blank control group (BCG), there were 8 rats in each group. The rats in MTG was treated with suspension moxibustion at Shenshu and Guanyuan, 20min per time every single point, the moxibustion (once a day) was continued for 14 days. The content of serum CORT, ACTH, T3, T4 and TSH in rats were detected by ELISA and mRNA expression of ACTH and TSH by RT-PCR after treatment was finished. Results:Compared with MCG, the content of serum CORT in MTG had no obvious difference (P〉0.05), the content of serum ACTH, T4,TSH and mRNA expression of ACTH and TSH in pituitary all had obvious difference (P〈0.05), the content of serum T3 had signifi-cant difference (P〈0.01). Compared with BCG, every index mentioned above in MTG had no obvious difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion:There was obvious efficacy in treating kidney yang deficiency rats with suspension moxibustion at Shenshu and Guanyuan.
