慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者急性加重期血清PCT和hs-CRP的变化及临床意义被引量：3

摘要目的：探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者急性加重期（AECOPD）血清降钙素原（PCT）、超敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）的变化及临床意义.方法：随机选取45例AECOPD患者作为AECOPD组,另选45例健康成年人作为健康组,比较两组血清PCT和hs-CRP浓度,AECOPD组患者根据痰液性状和颜色分为脓性组及非脓性痰组,对比两组血清PCT和hs-CRP浓度.结果：观察组PCT、hs-CRP浓度均高于健康组（P〈0.05）;PCT和hs-CRP灵敏度比较具有显著差异（P〈0.05）;AECOPD脓性痰组血清PCT浓度与非脓性痰组比较有显著差异（P〈0.05）.结论：血清PCT和hs-CRP浓度水平是诊断AECOPD的辅助指标,且PCT指示效果优于hs-CRP.
