中医针灸综合疗法治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效观察

Efficacy Observation on Chinese Acupuncture Combining Therapy on Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的：探讨中医针灸综合疗法治疗强直性脊柱炎临床应用效果。方法：90例强直性脊柱炎患者均采用中医针灸综合治疗。观察治疗前后晨僵时间、疼痛程度、脊柱及胸廓活动度变化情况。结果：治疗后患者展僵时间、VAS评分显著低于治疗前。胸廓活动度、脊柱活动度显著高于治疗前（P〈0．05）。结论 强直性脊柱炎患者采取中医针灸综合治疗可获得理想临床疗效。有利于保障患者生活质量及身心健康。

Objective： To explore the clinical application effect of Chinese acupuncture combining therapy on ankylosing spondylitis. Methods： 90 cases of ankylosing spondylitis were all adopted comprehensive treatment of Chinese acupuncture, to observed the changes of morning stiffness time, pain degree, spinal and thoracic activity before and after treatment. Results： Morning stiffness time and VAS score after treatment was signifi- cantly lower than those before treatment, thoracic and spine activity after treatment were significantly higher than that before treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Ankylosing spondylitis treating with Chinese acupuncture combining therapy can obtain ideal curative effect, being conducive to guaran- tee life quality as well as physical and mental health of patients＇.
