新常态下广西“十三五”环境保护形势研究

Study of the Environmental Protection Situations in the 13^(th) Five-year Period of Guangxi in the New Normal

基于广西在新常态下的社会经济发展现状和"十二五"环境质量现状,对广西未来5年环境保护形势进行分析,研究表明:"十三五"期间,广西工业化、城镇化发展将进入高峰期和机遇期,环境保护地位得到提升,但经济稳增长难度大,产业结构调整短期难以根本改变,工业化城镇化发展带来巨大压力,基本保持且持续改善环境质量的压力加大,环境风险防范任务依然艰巨,公众对环境的述求高涨。

the basis of the current status of socioeconomic development and environmental quality in ＂the 12^（th） In this paper, on Five-year Period＂of Guangxi, environmental protection situations in Guangxi in the next five years are analyzed. The results show that during＂the 13^（th） Five-year Period＂, industrialization and urbanization development in Guangxi will enter into a period of peak and opportunity and the environmental protection position will be promoted. However, stable economic growth will be difficult and it is hard to fundamentally change the industrial structure in a short term. The development of industrialization and urbanization will bring about enormous pressures. The pressures of basic maintenance and sustainable improvement of environmental quality will increase and environmental risk prevention will still be a hard task. The public demands for environment will rise high.
