摘要
根据准东煤煤质进行了特性分析,同时针对准东煤灰熔点偏低、碱金属含量偏高等问题进行了详细分析,在结合各种实例的基础上,总结出准东煤掺烧其他煤种的工艺路线,确定了燃烧技术改进和设备及系统的技术改造方案,最后指出设计与运行中应该注意的问题,为燃烧准东煤并改善锅炉尾部结渣、减少掺烧比例积累了经验。
The coal type of the eastern Jungar,and the problems such as under temperature of melting point and overabundant contents of alkali metal were analyzed. Based on several cases,some process routes of mixed burning of the coal type of the eastern Jungar and other coal types were summarized,and technical transformation plans for improving the combustion technology,equipment and systems were determined. Finally the problems needing attention in the design and operation were pointed out,which provided experience of reducing slag in the tail flue of the boilers and reducing ratio of other type coals in the mixed burning of the coal type.
