摘要
针对当前市场对车用柴油、航空煤油需求的相对不足和对汽油的旺盛需求,中国石化青岛炼油化工有限责任公司根据加氢裂化原料和产品方案灵活的特点,对加氢裂化装置生产方案进行了调整,期望在满足车用柴油和航空煤油需求的条件下达到增产汽油组分的目标。工业应用表明,通过进一步提高加氢裂化反应深度、循环油量及轻石脑油终馏点等措施,达到了增产汽油的目标,并提升了企业盈利能力。
Aiming at relatively insufficient demand for motor diesel oil and aviation kerosene and active demand for gasoline in current market, Sinopec Qingdao Refining Corp. Ltd. adjusted the production scheme of its hydrocracking unit in the light of hydrocracking unit's characteristics of flexible feedstock and production scheme,hoping to achieve the goal of gasoline production increase under the condition of meet the demand of motor diesel oil and aviation kerosene. The industrial application indicates that, based on measures of further enhancing hydrocracking reaction depth, circulation oil amount and light naphtha final boiling point, the fraction has achieved the goal of gasoline production increase and enhanced the profitability of the enterprise.
