气-固两相流双层雾化器上层锥角参数的数值模拟与优化设计 被引量:5

摘要 为了研究气-固两相流双层雾化器的上层辅助雾化器锥角大小对雾化后液滴的大小以及整个雾化过程稳定性的影响,基于设计的一种新型气-固两相流双层雾化器方案,通过运用Solid Works软件构建出气-固两相流双层雾化器的三维实体模型,并采用Fluent软件对模型进行数值模拟,探讨双层雾化器的结构和工艺参数对流场的作用规律,研究气-固两相流双层雾化器在不同上层辅助雾化器锥角参数时的流场特征。结果表明,最优上层辅助雾化器锥角为40°。 To research the effect of taper angle of upper auxiliary atomizer of gas-solid two-phase flow double-layer atomizer on the size of droplets after atomization and the stability of whole atomization process,based on a new plan of gas-solid two-phase flow double-layer atomizer,a threedimensional solid model of the atomizer was established by Solid Works software. The model was numerically simulated by Fluent software. The acting law of structural parameters and process parameters of double-layer atomizer on the flow field was discussed. The flow field characteristics of gas-solid two-phase flow double-layer atomizer with different taper angles of upper auxiliary atomizer were researched. The results show that the optimal taper angle of upper auxiliary atomizer is 40°.
