积极心理学视域下另类毕业照现象的解读与引导策略

Offbeat Graduation Photos Interpreted in Positive Psychology and Guiding Strategies

关注毕业生心理诉求并有针对性地进行心理健康教育是高校毕业季一项重要工作。通过对另类毕业照进行归纳和分析,解读其所蕴含的毕业生不同的心理诉求,并引用积极心理学理论,从关注个体积极情感体验、积极人格培育以及积极外部环境营造等三个维度,可以给出具体的引导策略,如注重积极情绪体验、培养毕业生自信乐观精神,搭建积极支持系统、形成学校-家庭-社会毕业工作一体化互动机制,创造积极外部舆论环境、做好校园舆论引导,加强积极人格培养、培养核心价值观等。

Special attention should be paid to the mental health of college students about to graduate.The offbeat graduation photos reflect different psychological demands of those students.Referring to positive psychology,we can offer psychological assistance by taking three general kinds of strategies：focusing on personal positive emotional experience;cultivating positive personality;constructive positive external environment.Specific measures include promoting their confidence and optimism,utilizing the combined force of school,family and society,creating apositive external environment of public opinion,and so on and so forth.
