海南省德国小蠊对常用杀虫剂抗药性的调查分析 被引量:5

Investigation on resistance of Blattella germanica to commonly used insecticides in Hainan Province

摘要 目的了解海南省德国小蠊对DDT、溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、乙酰甲胺磷、残杀威5种常用杀虫剂的敏感性,为指导科学合理用药提供依据。方法在海南省海口市、三亚市、文昌市、昌江县、琼中县农贸市场、餐饮场所、宾馆饭店大量采集德国小蠊成虫,经实验室获得子一代试虫;使用药膜接触法测定德国小蠊对常用杀虫剂的敏感性,获得德国小蠊对常用杀虫剂的半数击倒时间(KT50)及其95%置信区间(95%CI),评价其抗药性程度。结果海口市、三亚市、文昌市、昌江县、琼中县德国小蠊对DDT的抗性系数分别为48.43、2.02、59.22、8.51和8.10;对溴氰菊酯的抗性系数分别为12.57、1.77、28.74、1.15和1.66;对高效氯氰菊酯的抗性系数分别为5.00、2.57、11.23、1.01和2.15;对乙酰甲胺磷的抗性系数分别为1.05、1.19、1.40、0.59、0.89;对残杀威的抗性系数分别为1.40、1.08、1.27、1.19、0.97。结论 1)文昌市德国小蠊对拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂高抗,对DDT极高抗,对乙酰甲胺磷和残杀威低抗。2)海口市德国小蠊对溴氰菊酯和DDT均高抗,对高效氯氰菊酯中抗,对乙酰甲胺磷、残杀威低抗。3)三亚市德国小蠊对五种杀虫剂均低抗。4)昌江县和琼中县德国小蠊对DDT产生中抗,对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯低抗,对乙酰甲胺磷无抗性,琼中县德国小蠊对残杀威也无抗性。 Objective To investigate the susceptibility of Blattella germanica to five commonly used insecticides,DDT,deltamethrin,β- cypermethrin,acephate,and propoxur in Hainan,and to provide a scientific basis for proper use ofinsecticides. Methods In Haikou,Sanya,Wenchang,Changjiang and Qiongzhong,a large number of adult Blattellagermanica individuals were collected from farmer's market,restaurants and hotels to obtain the first filial generation for testingin the laboratory. The pesticide-membrane method was used to determine the susceptibility of B.germanica to commonly usedinsecticides,and the half knockdown time(KT50)and corresponding 95% confidence interval(95%CI). Results The meanresistance coefficients R/S)of B. germanica in Haikou,Sanya,Wenchang,Changjiang and Qiongzhong to DDT were 48.43,2.02,59.22,8.51 and 8.10,respectively,to deltamethrin were 12.57,1.77,28.74,1.15 and 1.66,respectively,to β-cypermethrin were 5.00,2.57,11.23,1.01 and 2.15,respectively,to acephate were 1.05,1.19,1.40,0.59,and 0.89 respectively,to propoxur were 1.40,1.08,1.27,1.19 and 0.97 respectively. Conclusion Firstly,B. germanica in Wenchanghas developed high resistance to deltamethrin,β-cypermethrin and very high resistance to DDT,but its resistance to acephateand propoxur were relatively low;secondly, it has developed high resistance to deltamethrin and DDT,middle degree resistanceto β- cypermethrin,low degree to acephate and propoxur in Haikou,but the five commonly used insecticides have lowresistance in Sanya. Thirdly,B. germanica has low degree resistance to deltamethrin and β-cypermethrin in Changjiang andQiongzhong.
