乳腺黏液癌的超声影像特征和相关免疫组化的关系 被引量:4

Pathological ultrasound imaging characteristics and tumor cells molecular characterization of breast mucinous carcinoma

摘要 目的探讨乳腺黏液癌病理超声影像特征和肿瘤细胞分子生物学特性。方法随机选取2012年8月—2015年8月佛山市妇幼保健院收治的56例乳腺粘液癌患者,依据病理类型将这些患者分为单纯型组(n=28)和混合型组(n=28)两组,采用Philips ATL5000、SIEMENS Sequeia 512、GE500作为超声仪器,运用免疫组化法对ER、PR、PS2、Cerb B2、Ki67肿瘤分子标记物进行检测,然后对两组患者的超声影像特征和肿瘤细胞分子生物学特性进行统计分析。结果混合型组患者缺乏均匀的内部回声、包块后方声衰减、砂砾样钙化比例均显著高于单纯型组(P<0.05),ER、PR、Ki67阳性率均显著高于单纯型组(P<0.05)。结论乳腺黏液癌缺乏典型的超声影像特征,极易误诊或漏诊,混合型较单纯型乳腺粘液癌对激素治疗具有较高的敏感性,值得临床充分重视。 Objective To investigate the pathologyical ultrasound imaging characteristics and tumor cells molecularcharacterization of breast mucinous carcinoma. Methods A toal of 56 cases of mucinous breast cancer patients of FashanCity Mathernal and Child Health Cave from August 2012 to August 2015 were randomly selected, these patients were dividedinto simple group(n=28) and mixed group(n=28) according to the pathology, Philips ATL5000, SIEMENS Sequeia 512, GE500 were regarded as ultrasound machines and the ER, PR, PS2, Cerb B2,Ki67 tumor molecular markers were detected byimmunohistochemical staining, then the ultrasound imaging features and tumor cell molecules biological characteristics of thetwo groups of patients were statistically analyzed. Results The proportions of lack of a uniform internal echo, soundattenuation behind mass, gravel calcification of the mixed group of patients were significantly higher than the simple group(P〈0.05); the ER, PR, Ki67 positive rates of the mixed group of patients were significantly higher than the simple group(P〈0.05).Conclusion The breast mucinous carcinoma is lack of typical ultrasound imaging features and is easily misdiagnosed ormissed diagnosis. Mixed breast mucinous carcinoma has higher sensitivity to hormone therapy than simple breast mucinouscarcinoma, so it is worthy of the clinical's full attention.
