不同吸入浓度及吸入时间的七氟烷对生长发育期大鼠认知功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察不同吸入浓度、不同吸入时间的七氟烷对生长发育期大鼠认知功能的影响。方法:将出生28 d的SD大鼠(雌雄不限)120只随机分为4组各30只:C组(对照组)予吸入0.5 L·min-1氧气4 h;H组予吸入5.1%七氟烷1.3 h;M组予吸入3.4%七氟烷2 h;L组予吸入1.7%七氟烷4 h。各组于麻醉后3、7、21 d进行神经行为学测试,包括Morris水迷宫试验、旷场试验、八臂迷宫试验。结果:在吸入模型建立的3 d,实验组大鼠Morris水迷宫实验、旷场试验、八臂迷宫实验的评测指标与对照组差异具有统计学意义;随时间推移,在7、21 d时,H组、M组相关行为学指标好转,但L组的各项指标未见明显好转,21 d时L组的行为学指标与其余各组比较,差异具有统计学意义。结论:七氟烷吸入麻醉可对生长发育期动物的认知功能产生一定影响,在吸入总剂量一定的条件下,吸入时间越长,则认知功能障碍越严重。
