不同手术方法治疗巨大会厌囊肿疗效分析

Efficacy of different surgical interventions for large epiglottic cysts

目的:探讨全麻支撑喉镜下两种不同手术方法治疗巨大会厌囊肿的疗效。方法:选择我科收治的80例巨大会厌囊肿患者,40例行传统手术切除患者为对照组,40例行低温等离子消融手术治疗患者为研究组,比较两组患者术后呼吸困难发生率、粘连发生率以及复发率的高低,评估两种手术方法治疗巨大会厌囊肿的疗效差异。结果:等离子消融术治疗巨大会厌囊肿术后呼吸困难发生率、粘连发生率及复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:等离子消融手术治疗巨大会厌囊肿效果明显优于传统手术方法。

Objective： To explore the efficacy of two self-retaining laryngoscopic surgery under general anaesthesia in the treatment of large epiglottic cysts. Methods： 80 patients with large epiglottic cysts admitted in our department were analyzed. 40 of them received conventional cystectomy（ control group） and 40 low-temperature plasma ablation（ experimental group）. The incidence of postoperative dyspnea,the incidence of adhesion and the recurrence rate were compared between the two groups,to assess the difference in efficacy between the two surgical treatments. Results： The incidence of postoperative dyspnea,the incidence of adhesion and the recurrence rate were significantly lower in the plasma ablation group than in the control group. The difference between the two groups was of statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The efficacy of plasma ablation is obviously better than that of conventional surgery in treating large epiglottic cysts.
